Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Neil B Enterprises LLC (hereafter referred to as "the Company") and its clients who use its mobile notary services. By using the Company's services, clients acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. Services: The Company provides mobile notary services to clients. Services may include notarizing documents, administering oaths, and taking affidavits. The Company will make reasonable efforts to provide these services in a timely and professional manner.

Fees: The Company charges fees for its services as outlined in its fee schedule. The client agrees to pay the fees for services rendered by the Company. The Company reserves the right to modify its fee schedule at any time without prior notice. Cancellation Policy: The client must provide at least twenty-four hour notice if they need to cancel or reschedule a mobile notary appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee. Liability: The Company is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of its services. The Company is not liable for any errors or omissions in notarized documents, or for any damages or losses resulting from the use or reliance on notarized documents. The client is responsible for ensuring that the documents to be notarized are complete and accurate. The client is also responsible for ensuring that they have the legal capacity to enter into the transaction for which the documents are being notarized. Indemnification: The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its agents from any damages or losses arising from the use of its services, including but not limited to, any damages or losses resulting from the use or reliance on notarized documents. Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the state or province in which the services are provided. Amendment: The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Clients should review these Terms and Conditions periodically for any changes. Conclusion: The Company is committed to providing professional and timely mobile notary services to its clients. By using the Company's services, clients acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. By making a payment to Neil B Enterprises LLC, Clients acknowledge and accept that All payments are final; once the Client has made the decision to move forward to pay for past, present and/or future services rendered. Refunds are issued solely on the decision of Neil B Enterprises LLC, not based on the decision of the Clients issuing Bank. If Neil B Enterprises LLC has come to the conclusion of a refund, the decision has been based solely on Neil B Enterprises LLC and will be issued pending the results of the refund request.
